In 2006, we introduced HACCP into the Japanese leek, ginger, garlic and red chili products that we produce in the pursuit of further food safety. This fully enables us to manufacture products at the international-standard level from raw materials, products in progress to finished products.

To be a world standard farmer, we made efforts to secure the safety of agricultural products, and obtained EurepGAP certification in 2007. This has enabled us to export our products to Europe, the U.S.A., Oceania, Africa and Asia.

We obtained Green Food Grade A certification in 2003. This certification is only awarded if tough standards are met: you have to use the limited materials for chemically synthetic production on the premise that you should strictly follow the specifications and production manual for green food production in the production process, and set limits.

The China Green Food Development Center awarded certification to us in 2003. The center was established in 1992 with a view to enabling and promoting the development of safe, secure and nutritious food without contamination. The organization supports the quality improvement of agricultural products and processed foods, and also promotes the development of the national economy and society.
