Japan Tosen Co., Ltd., Osaka is the manufacturer of White Gari and red pickled ginger.

We ensure reliable quality through the fully integrated control system that covers cultivation, processing and production. Currently, we sell White Gari and other products to 30 countries and regions.

Our integrated production system starts with the making of compost. We run and manage a farm in Dongbao with an area of 1,180,000 tsubo or about 963.9 acres, where our homemade organic full-ripe fertilizers are applied to fields according to the soil.

We are the first pickles manufacturer in China and the second company in the entire pickles industry to obtain ISO 9002 certification (currently, ISO 9001).
